Pineapple Almond Cheese Spread

2 cans 8oz crushed pineapple (drain well)
1 8oz softened cream cheese
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 T soy sauce
1 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup green pepper
1/4 cup minced onions

**Reserve some of the almonds and cheese to roll cheese ball in

Mix together well and roll in cheese and almonds.  Serve with crackers
