Million Dollar Pie
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1-10 oz. Kool whip
1 can eagle bran milk
1-9 in. graham cracker crust
1/4 cup lemon juice (add last)
1 cherry
Mix all ingredients until well blended then add the lemon juice to thicken the pie. Pour into the graham cracker crust. Add cherry to center for garnish. Refrigerate until chilled.

ReplyDeleteMy family loves this pie, and it is the one sinful food we have as a reward for losing weight. Could someone please print the calories and all else that is in the pie. We won't stop eating it, but I like to keep track.

Love this pie. Sometimes I add coconut and sometimes small pistachio pudding. Wonderful.
