Grilled Corn on the Cob


Ingredients:
2-4 ears of corn in husk (usually just grill 1 ear per person)
1 Stick of butter
Salt and Pepper to taste (and any other seasoning you might like to use
Aluminum Foil
Ice cube (makes corn so moist)

Directions:

1. Heat grill to Med.-High heat
2. Cut excess silk hanging from the end of the corn
3. Soak ears of corn (still in husks) in water for 15 minutes
4. Wrap corn individually in aluminum foil
5. Place corn on grill and cook for 30-40 minutes turning after 15-20 minutes
6. Remove corn from grill and remove foil – Be careful, it will be HOT!
7. Shuck corn
8. Season with butter, salt and pepper
9. Enjoy!
