Egg McMuffin
6 English muffins
6 eggs
6 slices of Canadian bacon
6 Slices of American Cheese
butter
Spray a non-stick skillet or griddle with cooking spray. Fry egg to desire doneness, according to soft to hard yolk. In same pan warm each slice of Canadian bacon. Slice and toast English muffins. Spread each half of English muffin generously with butter. Assemble each muffin with one slice of Canadian bacon, egg, and a slace of cheese.
Serves 4-6
