1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3 T dark brown sugar
1 T plus 1 t worcestershire sauce
1 T cane syrup
2 t chopped garlic
1/2 t finely grated onion
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/4 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground allspice
1/4 t ground mustard
1/4 t cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients, cooking over low heat until thickened.
Another BBQ Sauce that I served at Jared & Shannon's rehearsal dinner. Served in giant martini glasses...presentation was very pretty!
