Raspberry Pecan Cheese Spread

recipe from: Keith & Libby Byrd

1 cup real Mayonnaine (Hellmans)
2 cups shredded MonteryJack Cheese Blend
1 t. Cayenne Pepper
1 Bunch Green Onions (diced)
1 cup chopped Pecans
1 jar Raspberry Jam

Mix the mayo, cheese, cayenne pepper, green onions, and spread on bottom of serving dish.  Spread jam on top of cheese layer.  Top with chopped pecans.  Serve with crackers.
