2 med. Granny Smith apples
1 pint strawberries
2 kiwis
1 small orange
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. apple jelly
Peel, core and slice apples, coarsely chop apples. Dice strawberries and kiwi, place fruit in bowl. In a small bowl mix together 2 T. of orange juice from small orange, plus 1 t. of orange zest, with brown sugar and jelly. Mix gently with fruit.
--Cinnamon Tortilla Chips--
1 pkg. 7-inch flour tortillas (small)
sugar
cinnamon
Cut tortillas into triangles of equal size. then dampen the tortillas with water, or usa a spritzer to lightly spray with water. Then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on the chips (1 T. sugar to 1/4 t. cinnamon). Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until crispy an lightly brown.
