“Guac” That Rocks



• 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
• 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
• 1 medium onion, chopped (1 med onion = about 3/4 cup), optional
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Ground black pepper to taste
• Tortilla chips, optional
Directions
Mix avocados, tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Season with pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
