Smothered Fried Chicken
3 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken (breasts, thighs)
2-5 oz. packets chicken fry coating*
2 T. chicken seasoning**
Canola oil
2-12 oz. jars chicken gravy
1 t. crushed garlic
Cut exess fat from chicken, rinse and set aside. Stir together fry coating, and 1 T. chicken seasoning. Dredge chicken in coating. In large pan heat 1/2 inch oil over medium high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown. (About 8 minutes per side). Remove and drain oil. Stir together gravy 1 T. chicken seasoning and garlic. Return chicken to pan, cover with gravy. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-20 minutes.

Got this recipe from Sandra Lee on Food Network and LOVE IT!! It is a great way to use left over fried chicken too!!
